For sale is a 1950s Railway Carriage this has been professionally restored to an exceptionally high standard and then converted to luxury Living Space that includes a shower room kitchen area living and sleeping area.

Exterior
The carriage itself sits on a Metal box section chassis made by ourselves and fitted with a heavy-duty turntable and drawer bar to allow for ease of manoeuvring. It comes with steel wheels with pneumatic tyres fitted to allow for manoeuvring into position, once the carriage is in position the steel wheels can be removed and replaced with the 21 inch cast iron wheels.

The main structure is wrapped in a waterproof breather membrane then insulated with Celotex insulation and finally wrapped internally with a damp proof membrane.
Western Red Cedar cladding has been used externally which lasts for over 60 years untreated, more if treated every 5 years.

High output balanced flue instantaneous Gas water heater with a huge 11 litres per minute flow of water (instantaneous so you'll never run out of hot water).
